Dear potential participants,

The University of Ottawa’s Couple Research Lab, directed by Dre Marie-France Lafontaine, is looking for participants for a study which aims to examine factors involved in the well-being and distress of couple relationships with a partner who reports chronic pain.
  
To participate, you must meet the following criteria:
* 18 years or older
* in a relationship for at least 6 months
* good knowledge of English or French
* live in Ontario or Québec
* you or your partner must report chronic pain every day or almost every day for at least 3 months in a particular area of your body
This study entails that you complete an online questionnaires or a paper-pencil version for approximately 120 minutes.
To compensate you for your time, we will send you a cheque of 20$ by mail.
 If one of the partners does not wish to participate, it is still possible for the other partner to do so.
