                              The Premier's Council on the Status of Disabled Persons is a body for consultation and study which was created to advise the provincial government and the general public on matters relating to the status of persons with disabilities. The Council reports directly to the Premier of New Brunswick.

                              Primarily caused by asbestos exposure, mesothelioma is a cancer that affects the lining of the lungs or abdomen and in some cases the lining of the heart. Symptoms of the cancer resemble less serious conditions, which usually contributes to a late diagnosis.

                              The Mesothelioma Center offers assistance through reading materials, a Doctor Match program, and Patient & Family Advocates that are available to discuss support options and answer your questions.

                              Fibromyalgia is not well understood by the medical community. It is known, though, that certain people are more at risk of developing fibromyalgia than others. The symptoms of fibromyalgia can include everything from widespread pain to fatigue; menstrual pain to sleep disturbances. Because of the variety of fibromyalgia symptoms, there are a number of associated conditionslinked to fibromyalgia.

                              It involves cds, etc on stress and relaxation. As he mentions in his e-mail they have been used at McMaster Pain Clinic, which is part of Jim Henry's group and they feel they have been beneficial for many.
